Christmas Room Inspirations

Hello Everyone! As its DECEMBER TOMORROW!?! (It gone too fast) I thought it was only right to start off the season with my first Christmas blog of the year. I love Christmas and all things festive so decorating my room only seemed right especially now that I have my own newly decorated one. So my job here is to show you all the things that I have done to my room to give you festive inspiration.

Christmas would be incomplete without festive scented candles. This one I am burning in my room is the Yankee Candle Candy Cane Lane candle. This candle smells insane, it makes your room/ house smell like you are living in a world full of Candy Canes and it is the best thing I have possibly ever smelt in my whole life. If you haven't smelt this or ever had this candle you need to right now... find your closest shop and buy it now.

The next thing I would put into my room is fawns... these, I have no idea why, but these remind me of Christmas... don't know why. However they do and if you don't have one in your room at Christmas I feel you need one. Also I put a big glass sweet jar behind the fawn with some left over baubles in and candy canes.... Now I love candy canes both to eat and for decorations so this just looks beautiful on my desk.

A CHRISTMAS TREE! Without this you are missing out on the festivities. A Christmas tree is necessary for getting into the Christmas spirit as it adds to the atmosphere with the lights glistening in the background when you're working or even just sat watching the TV. When decorating the tree it is up to you what you put on it. I have gone for a theme that matches my bedroom colours (pinks, rose golds, gold and silver) Don't get me wrong I love a mish mash tree with decorations collected over the years, however I have always preferred a themed tree with specific colours on it... just how I like it. Another thing I have done is hang the spare baubles off my curtain lights that hang behind my bed. I think this makes that side of my room seem extra Christmassy.

The final thing to make your room extra festive is to get on your best festive PJ's and snuggle up with book. At the minute I am reading Zoe Sugg's new book Girl Online: Going Solo. So far it has been amazing and if you haven't already I would highly recommend reading it.

Thank you for reading! I really hope you are all as excited for Christmas as I am. What is your favourite part of Christmas? Fell free to tell me in the comments below.

Huge Clothing Haul!

Hello Everyone!
I'm going to do a haul for you all today. Its been a while... maybe a month or two and I have recently been loving watching peoples hauls on YouTube. I did some shopping and some damage was done and now I'm going to share it with you! I shopped at 3 different shops Primark, ASOS, and New Look. Lets get started!

Okay so as imagined ASOS have some really nice things in at the minute and some of them just fell into my basket... I don't know how that happened.
To start with I bought myself a new autumn/winter coat because I love coats and I felt it was time to get a new parka. This one is simply by ASOS and no in particular brand within ASOS. I really love the colour of it as I have never had a Khaki coloured Parka before and have had black and burgundy ones. I really love this coat a lot as it fits amazingly. I got the size above what I normally do because when I am wearing chunky jumpers I will need to have that little be more space for the jumper.  (Sorry for the awful demonstration photo, I will leave links to everything in this blog in the comment section below so you can  look at it properly)
The next item I bought was this really gorgeous purse. I have had the same purse for around 3-4 years now so I decided it was time to get a new one. I searched and search the shops and I couldn't really
find one I liked all that much because I am quite fussy. However when I saw this one I fell in love and just had to buy it! And it matches my new room which is just a slight bonus.

The next two items I bought were both of similar type so I will put them together. I got a which cami top that has ruffles on the front and back. I really like this top because its isn't just like a day to day top as I feel it could be dressed up with some smart trousers and posh shoes, however it can also be pulled off on a day to day business. The second top was from New Look on ASOS (confusing I know) and its a burgundy cami with a small lace panel in the front and the straps are crossed over at the back. It is one of the most gorgeous tops I have seen in a long time and I feel in love with it instantly. (Again the picture doesn't do it justice)
I got a new bobble hat which is cream and chunky knit and gorgeous. I love it so much! I honestly don't think I have had a bobble hat in a really long time and I have missed them so I thought it was time to repurchase myself one.
The final thing from ASOS I got was a new pair of black high waisted skinny jeans. I have never owned a pair of high waisted black jeans so I felt now was a better time than ever. I just got the regular jeans and they fitted perfectly which is very strange for me because I rarely find a pair of jeans that fits me so I was very happy.

New Look-
The next few purchases were from multiple journeys to New Look.
The first things are two skirts which I bought. One of them is an A-Line button down skirt that it pale blue and I love it a lot, I love how the fashion these days is very 90's. The other skirt I got is a grey, black and burgundy skirt that's like checked and I love it a lot . I have a very similar one that pink and white which is for sure a much more summery skirt compared to this one.

I got a new pair of dungarees because I practically live in my black pair I thought it was only right to get a blue denim pair because I just love them so much. I find them so comfortable and useful for those days where you don't know what to wear so you can just throw them on. I will try my hardest to find all of the things from New Look online for you but some of them were bought in a sale so I may have to find similar items.
Finally from New Look I bought this gorgeous pink jumper which says "Weekends. I love you" on the front and I just love it so much!  Its so fluffy on the outside and cosy to wear. I would defiantly say this is one of my favourite purchases over the past few months. I love the fact that this would look really cute with a little shirt underneath and the collar sticking out.

This is the final item! I didn't actually buy this as my dad bought me it when he went shopping and I love it so much! Its this gorgeous dusky pink coloured jumper with little collars and the bottom of the shirt sticking out at the bottom. What I love most about this is that there isn't actually a shirt attached and its rather just the decoration, which means I can just throw on a little strap top or a plain t-shirt and not have to worry about it at all. (Please note Primark doesn't have an online store so I will be unable to find this online for you!)

Thank you so much for reading! I will for sure leave links to everything I can find in the comments section below and if you have any questions leave them in the same area.

Miniature Home wear Haul

Hello Everyone!
I hope everyone is having a wonderful first few days of their summer holidays. To start the summer off for you all I thought I would write up a little home wear haul for you to read while you are all cosy in your rooms or enjoying the beautiful weather that we have experiencing recently.
As you will know if you read my previous blog post, I am in the middle of redecorating my bedroom. And what better way to start doing that than buying a few new items to make the room feel that extra special.
The first shop I visited naturally was B&Q, which if you don't know is essentially a massive DIY store which stocks everything from toilets to soft toys.... its very random but you are guaranteed to find at least one thing that you intended to get. I decided that it was time for me to get a new lamp shade and a new bedside lamp so the first area we went to massive lighting section. I picked up this adorable light shade that looks like a vintage birdcage in a kind of creamy beige colour. Which I absolutely adore and I feel like it just seem to add a little extra from the six year old light shade a had previous to this. Again from B&Q I picked up a new bedside light which personally I think is the best lamp I have ever come across, you basically don't have any switch to turn it off and on and basically you just touch the stand/ base of the light and it turns on.... I know, cool right? It's in this gorgeous baby pink colour which goes perfectly with the paint that I also bought which I am super excited about. I got the paint in the colour 'pink pink' which in my opinion sounds like it would be insanely pink.... it isn't its much more of white with a hint of pink much like the lamp shown above. I cant quite remember how much any of these things were but you can always find your own replacements or even go to your local B&Q to see.
The next item I believe was from a little shop in my local area and it is this adorable little pink glass jar ornament thingy.... I absolutely love things like this to put necklaces and random little trinkets in. I'm not one hundred percent how much this cost but I love it so much!
And last but no least is a slight obsession of mine at the minute..... I'm not ashamed to say what it is because I love it! I recently went this local book store of mine and they had a set of china fawn book ends for only £10 which I had been looking around for, for months until I actually found these ones. Normally these china fawn bookends are like £30 to sometimes up to £70 which to me is a lot of money. I'm not one hundred percent sure that the book store knew how valuable they were but I'm not going to complain one little bit.  Obviously in this picture I placed the rest of my fawn collection in there because I just love them so much!!!

Thank you so much for reading! What would you buy if you got to redecorate your room? There will be more hauls like this one coming very soon so keep your eyes peeled. Feel free to leave any questions in the comments below.

Decorating my Bedroom- Update 1

Hello Everyone!
There is nothing I love more than having a fresh start, new clothes, new stationary and newly painted rooms. So when I was told I was aloud to redecorate my bedroom I was beyond excited to get straight into it. I have decided to go for a pink, cream and grey theme in terms of colours because I was perusing Pinterest and the rooms with these colours stood out to me so much. Over the next few week I will update you on my room and the different things that are happening with it. Whether that's painting all the walls white or even just simply cluttering to make room for everything, I will keep you updated to the max.
At the minute I am busy looking at paints that I am going to use to ensure that I have to correct shade that I want to have. I'm am looking on B&Q at the minute which is the perfect place to look for paint if you are redecorating because they just have the most amazing range of different paint shades. I want to ensure that you all get updates on what I am doing with my room and then at the end when it is fully complete (i.e. actually has room for me to move in)
I recently painted the room in its first coat of white paint to get the original colour of my room removed. The colour was a dark turquoise colour and was extremely difficult to paint over. It has also been there for 6 years of my life and was quite chipped and broken in many places where my clock had been and where different posters and furniture's had been over the past 6 years. I will now leave a few pictures of the first stage of redecoration.
This is the colour of the room before I painted it
(Apparently I have deleted the pictures and I have now painted it a lot more.... I am very sorry. I will show you photos when I actually do more on it)

I am going to attempt to get this done before school begins again in September. I hope you enjoy watching the process of my decoration and if you have any questions about it please feel free to ask me in the comments below!

Summer holidays! ☀️

Hello! I hope everyone has had a wonderful week so far. As you may or may not know my summer holidays are fast approaching which I am super excited about because I love summer just as much as I live Christmas (who doesn't love Christmas) I thought I would do a little bit of information about what I will be doing this summer.
As it is going to be a long summer I am going to need lots and lots of things to keep me preoccupied. This is why I have decided to do another list of things I'm going to do this summer. Don't worry it won't be as long as my 50 things to do list last summer (I never did complete that 😂) I am going to do a list of 20 things and I feel that it much more reasonable to reach! Let's get started!

  1. Get ice cream from an ice cream van
  2. Have a clothes clean out
  3. Buy some new fresh clothes for next year
  4. Go to the beach
  5. Have a bbq
  6. Have a Harry Potter marathon
  7. Watch so much more teen wolf
  8. Have a Disney marathon
  9. Go on a walk (somewhere new)
  10. Go on a walk in the rain
  11. Complete a colouring book
  12. Decorate my bedroom
  13. Read so many more books
  14. Get some more school supplies
  15. Relax

  17. Blog a lot more
  18. Spend more time with family and friends
  19. Have a clutter of everything
  20. Spend days out in the garden relaxing
That's all I intend on doing this summer.... Obviously I will do so much more but these are the 20 things I thought would be so much more achievable to do during the summer holiday.

What about you?

Zoella Beauty Sweet Inspirations: First Impressions

Hello! Today a very exciting package arrived. This package contained some of the new Zoella Beauty range: Sweet Inspirations. I was super excited about this range and I thought I would share my first impressions with you on here. Lets get Started!

  1. Bath Latte- This smells DEVINE! Honestly it doesn't smell like I thought it would. It has a milky feel to it, which is quite fitting because it is in this gorgeous packaging that looks like a milk bottle you would get delivered to your door. It was very easy to open which I preferred as I found the previous body washes/ bubble baths quite difficult to open. Overall this is an amazing product for such a good price. (Price at Superdrug: £6.00)
  2. Le Fizz- I have loved both of the previous bath bomb bars that Zoe has released and it was no surprise to me that when I smelled this through the packet that I would fall in love with it. This was the first thing I smelt when I received them and I fell in love with the scent. The packaging is just beautiful and as Zoe said very 20's themed, I cannot wait to try this later on. (Price at Superdrug: £5.00)
  3. Sugar Dip- This is a first for the Zoella Beauty range and I can say that I am super excited to try some of these out. The packaging is nothing like I have ever seen in any other beauty product and I love how original it is. The only issue is that I would want to throw the packaging away because it is so pretty. It was so easily openable and to be honest you get a lot within the package for the price which I absolutely love. (Price at Superdrug: £6.00)
  4. Life is Sweet coin purse- I am in love with this new bag because it is so small and easily compactable. I love the colour that it has as it is a gorgeous baby blue colour. I cant wait to fill this with all of my essentials for school. (I may even do a blog about it) Its such a reasonable price for what it is and I highly recommend it! (Price at Superdrug: £6.00)
What about you?
-Which product are you dying to try out?
-Which is your favourite Zoella Beauty range?

Morning Routine 2016

Hello everyone! A morning routine is something that everyone has that is unique to them, some do different things in different orders. I thought I would share with you what my daily morning routine is.
First thing is that I wake up a 7:00am every morning and get up. I tend to have my breakfast first which means I have time to wake up a little before doing my make-up. I most have food like cereal and toast for my breakfast as it is the easiest things to do in the morning before school. While eating my breakfast I will often catch up on peoples videos from the night before on YouTube or I will watch a bit of Netflix (Pretty little liars is a particular favourite) I will then go into the bathroom to wash my face with Liz Earl Hot Cloth Cleanser before doing my make-up.
Next I will head into my room and get changed into my uniform (much to my disgust) and open my curtains so that I have the best possible lighting for doing my make-up. I will then lay out the things I want to use (There will be a blog on my day to day make-up going up very soon) and get started this normally takes my around half an hour to do my hair and make-up. By this point it is normally 8:00am.
I will then head into my kitchen and put my lunch and water into my school bag ready for the day (At this point I will also normally put things like homework and text books needed for the day into my bag. I will then head into the bathroom to do my teeth etc.
It will be around 8:15am by this point which means I have about 9-10 minutes to sit and read a book or do something else. When it is 8:24-25am I tend to leave the house to meet my friends to go to school.
Thank you so much for reading! What do you do for your morning routine, feel free to tell me below in the comments!

December/ January Favourites

Hello! Before you start, yes I know it is only mid January but I always forget to do my favourites and I don't think I did one for December.... maybe I did, not sure. Anyway I thought I should do it as a kind of mix January/ December favourites because that means there will be more items in the favourites. Lets get started!
The first thing I have been loving in the past 2 months has been the PLL books (Pretty litter liars) They are quite different from the TV show and to be entirely honest I think they are a little bit better. Anyway I actually got the box set of the first 4 books for Christmas and I am nearly finished the forth one already, this means that my friend who actually told me to read the books, is actually lending me the rest until I can get them for myself. Overall I would say that this is my favourite series of books at the minute because the endings are all so gripping that you cant not read the next one. If you are a fan of the TV series I would defiantly recommend that you read the books as well.
In terms of music I have been loving quite a lot. More importantly I have been loving Lucy Hales album Road Between. It is a country album and is quite similar to Taylor Swifts earlier albums so if you are a fan of those I recommend this album highly. I love all of the songs on her album because they are so catchy and I sing them all the time (Even when people wish I wouldn't) I have also been loving Little Mix's new album Get Weird because well lets be honest here I have always loved little mix... their songs just get stuck in my head and they are just so good. If you don't know who they are please check out their songs because they are so good!
Skin care has been something that I didn't do much over Christmas and I am really annoyed at my self for not doing that *slaps hand* because I said to myself that I would because I want better skin! So I felt it was only right to treat myself to some new skin care things that people rave about all the time. I got the Liz Earl hot cloth cleanser because people are always saying how good it is and how it works miracles . I can say that I am very impressed with this product because it just works so well and I can already see an improvement on my skin already. I have also been loving Garnier moisture and nourish moisturiser because my skin feels so soft after using it for a while and I am very impressed with it in general.
Recently I have found it very relaxing to do some for of colouring book. I think its because I am so focused on making this one thing perfect that I don't think about anything else. I really like the overly detailed ones however sometimes they are too detailed and it does get a little bit frustrating. I recommend getting a colouring book of something that you love because then you will become more engrossed in it. I have a game of thrones one that is really detailed and I have to stop and move onto a different book somethings because there is too much detail but in the end it looks really good (When I have found the patience to finish it)
I have also recently become really interested in baking (not that I have done much of it just thought about doing it) because for Christmas I got two cook books and I cant wait to use them and make some of the amazing recipes that have come in them. I got given the Be-Ro home recipes book and Amy's baking year which basically goes through the season and picks out special dates and has recipes for things to make for those days. I cant wait to bake somethings from them!

I think that is everything I have been loving.... What have you been loving this month? Please feel free to tell me in the comments below! Thank you for reading!
